Before two weeks ago or so I had no idea who Steven L. Kent was or that there was even a series of military science fiction like books that dealt with a galactic clone army. I discovered these books simply by chance as I browsed through the science fiction section of Barnes & Noble while looking for a few new books to fill up the empty space on my nook. The first thing I looked at was the ratings. Lots of 5 and 4 stars. Then I read the description. Wayson Harris isn’t a clone. He was raised in an orphanage that bred and raised clone for only one purpose, to fight in the galactic United Authority. Unlike the clones he grew up with, Wayson can think for himself, but that isn’t always a good thing, and it might be the very thing that gets hiim into trouble.
