I should give a little background here. Tom Reamy was a science fiction writer that to many was bound to do great things, and many considered him to be the next big thing in science fiction. However, this outcome will forever remain a mystery as Reamy died on November 4, 1977 from a massive heart attack.  He was found slump over his type writer. His one and only novel Blind Visions would be published the next year.

The Detweiler Boy is a science fiction/horror story in which we follow a detective as he pieces together a string of murders that on the face of it appear to be nothing more then suicides and accidents. However, what he finds is the work of a serial killer who is not at all what he appears.
